These are additional terms for Domain Sales. These terms are incorporated into the general License and Terms of Use and Purchase.

1. You need a GoDaddy account


Since the domains were registered within the last 60 days, the rule for ALL domain registrars (not just GoDaddy) is that the domain cannot be transferred to a different registrar until 60 days have passed.

But, it can be pushed or transferred to different accounts at the same registrar.

Since the domains are registered with GoDaddy you must have a GoDaddy account to control them.

After 60 days you can transfer domain registration to someone else if you want.


2. There is no guarantee, representation or promise that you will make any amount of money, or any money at all from your domain.



3. Please review all information about a domain carefully. All sales are final. There are no refunds.



4. SEO Upgrade Guarantee.
   
   If you buy the SEO upgrade guarantee then the following applies:

   Domains only rank if you create a website with valuable, non-duplicate content on them.
   
   You agree to use the linking to other website techniques described in the private members area.
   
   I will offer content for the home page and potentially other pages on your website. You do not have to use this exactly as provided, but it should reasonably be incorporated to some extent. The purpose of any content will not be to create a site for you, but to provide unique content, and additional words of content, important for search rankings.
   
   You are not required to use WordPress to manage your content. But if you want to use WordPress I can install it on your domain. You must use HostGator web hosting and give me a username and password to access your cpanel. I will have an account login with your WordPress to expedite adding any content to your website.
   
   If your domain does not appear on the first page of Google or Bing at any time within the next 6 months then I will buy it back if you request.
   
   Be aware that sometimes a website does not rank on a first page until more than 6 months have gone by.
   
   Your website does not have to rank on a first page after six months for the guarantee to be satisfied, as it could have ranked before then.
   
   Buy back requests must be made within the 7 days immediately following the 6 months after a domain is purchased. Buy back requests made before the 6 month period, or after the 7 day period, are not valid and will not be honored.
   
   The first page guarantee applies to the domain being listed on the first page of Google or Bing for a keyword phrase contained in the domain name.
   
   To request a buy back use the Contact Form within the Domains private members area.
   
   You will need to unlock the domain with your registrar so that it can be transferred to my domain registration account with GoDaddy. Once I have supplied my account information, you have transferred the domain, and the domain has in fact been transferred to my account, then the amount of original purpose will be provided to you either via PayPal or check.
   
   The guarantee is void if:

   You take actions that harm the ranking potential of your website.
   
   You will need to keep your web hosting account active, and to promptly begin adding content to a website on your domain after purchase.
   
   You fail to follow Google and Bing webmaster policies, rules, and legal terms. If you want to rank on those services you need to follow their rules and guidelines.
   
   That means, for example, you cannot link to "bad neighborhoods" from the domain, use black hat techniques, cloak content, spam, use duplicate content on the domain, have viruses, and so forth.
